Parking and Directions

With the exception of closures on Pleasant Street (from State to the Square), the Bank of America parking lot, Market Street spaces from Market Square to the Steamship Co. (North side), and the lot at the intersection of Hanover and Bow/Market, parking is available throughout the Downtown Business District.

PARKING GARAGE RATES:
Foundry Garage: Flat fee of $2.00 from 11am - 5pm.
Hanover Garage: Regular hourly rates ($1.50/hour)

Parking meters are in effect on Sundays from Noon - 8pm in Portsmouth.
